CLIENT – The client is the person making the order, be it online or over the phone. A company name can be added to the order but is not compulsory.
PRICES – All prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Prices include the complete process of creating, authorising and printing the stickers/decals. Postage and handling are extra and dependent on size of the client’s order.
PAYMENTS – QTS will issue a Tax Invoice within 24 hours of receipt of your order. To initiate processing of your order, please make sure payment is made immediately as per tax invoice instructions. Payments accepted via EFT/Direct Credit or Visa/Mastercard/AMEX (surcharges apply).
**PLEASE NOTE – Your order will not be commenced until payment has been received by Queensland Transport Stickers – NO PAYMENT, NO START.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations can be accepted in writing but only up until the finalisation of the artwork process.
If a cancellation is made by this time, a fee will be charged to cover artwork and admin costs (QTS’ work) until this point. Cancellations after this time will incur costs of payment in full.
